I have the honour to submit for

the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the accompany-

-ing Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to apply a sum not

exceeding Five million seven hundred and seventeen thousand

two hundred and seventy-six dollars to the Public Service

of the year 1906", (No. 8 of 1905), and the customary Report

Estimates for 1906, two Memoranda explanatory of the Esti-

-mates of Revenue and Expenditure respectively, an Abstract

showing the differences between the Estimates of Expenditure

for 1905 and 1906, and a Statement of Assets and Liabiliti-

-es on the 31st. December, 1904, to which is appended a

Statement of the Estimated Balance of Assets over Liabili-

-ties on 31st. December, 1905, and Statements regarding the
